Online Booking Deposit and Payment Policies:

Please be advised that when booking your vacation online full payment is required and will be charged to credit card entered in the reservation.

Online Cancellations and No Shows:

Cancellations outside of 30 days will be charged a one night room cost plus a cancellation/administrative fee of $50 per room.

Cancellations within 30 days will be charged a 100% penalty, unless trip cancellation insurance was purchased.

Changes in arrival date within 30 days may be allowed over non-peak period, as long as there is availability. Once the availability has been confirmed there will be a change fee charge of $50 per room. Please be advised that the air portion is subject to availability, prevailing rates, and additional change fee charged by the airline.

Peak Period Travel (includes Christmas & the month of February) Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and once paid is non-refundable, no changes allowed, and non-transferable.

Airline Tickets are NON-REFUNABLE once issued and are subject to change fees based on airline policy.
