CANCELLATION POLICY:

PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
46 Days or more - Subject to one (1) night hotel Penalty
45 to 31 days - 50% of Package price, plus any penalties levied by airline and / or Hotel
30 to 15 days - 75% of package cost plus, any penalties levied by airline and / or Hotel
14 or less days - No refunds
No Show - No Refund

Airline tickets are Non-Refundable. Changes must be made prior to departure and are subject to penalties.

All requests for refunds / changes must be submitted to us in writing

There is no refund for unused services once travel has commenced. Unused tour features are neither refundable nor exchangeable once travel has started.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE VALID & REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

A valid Passport is required for ALL travel - Some destinaions also require a valid Visa

American citizens, (and some other countries), require a valid Visa to enter Brazil

CARNIVAL, NEW YEAR & HOLIDAY PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
