Swimming Pool The magnificent swimming pool at the Copacabana Palace is without a doubt the finest swimming pool in Rio and has long drawn stars and royalty alike to sunbathe, swim and socialise. Everyone from Carmen Miranda to Rod Stewart has been seen soaking up the sun around the Copacabana pool. Stylish sun loungers surround the pool, the perfect location for basking in the tropical sunshine or relaxing in the shade of the sun umbrellas. A team of pool assistants is on hand to cater to your every request, from fresh towels to cool drinks and dishes from the Pool Menu which is available all day. Guest can enjoy the swimming pool 24 hours a day. A lifeguard is on duty between 07:00 and 19:00 hours (20:00 in the summer months). Wireless connection is availabe by the Pool area.

Tennis Court An entertaining activity for sportspeople of all standards, tennis is the ideal way to relieve stress during business travel, or to keep fit during your vacation. The roof top tennis court is available for the use of hotel guests between 09:00 and 22:00. Racquets and balls are available free of charge from the Concierge. A professional Tennis Coach can be arranged at a charge of R$ 110 per hour. Sessions should be booking through the Concierge.

Beach Service The Copacabana Palace offers a beach service exclusively for guests of the hotel. A station is located on the beach directly in front of the hotel providing sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
Our Beach Assistants also offer a security service for your belongings should you wish to take a dip in the ocean, or to walk along the beach. Simply ensure the team is aware you are leaving and they will take care of your possessions.
This service is offered throughout the year at no additional charge. Fresh fruit and water is also available for hotel guests.

Fitness Centre Located in the brand new Copacabana Palace Spa, the Fitness Centre is fully air-conditioned and boasts the latest fitness equipment, offering a variety of cardiovascular and resistance exercise options. The Fitness Centre is open every day between 07:00 and 22:00.
